We are committed to making a difference in Los Angeles. LA is our mission field. Tonight, 82,000 people in our city will sleep on the street. 165,000 people will die this year in LA county from cancer. 40% of children growing up in America are being raised without their fathers. 50% of marriages end in divorce. In South LA, up to 84% of people are illiterate.
The stats are staggering and never before has the church been better positioned to respond with a solution to need.
We want to reach people compassionately with a message of God's love expressed through tangible acts of service in our local community. We plan to go deeper in the heart of these issues in LA as we strengthen and equip our outreach team to make a difference.
