2020 so far has been one of the most challenging years that the modern world has seen. Some have thrived, but most find themselves at a loss of some form. But the year is not over, and we’re going to finish strong - so that we’re ready to serve our city and reach those who are in need. We believe that the heart of the church is the strength of a city. For the month of September, we are going to be challenging ourselves in the area of Physical Strength - including Nutrition & Diet. Make sure to follow @OasisLA on social media to stay up to date.
The goal of this month is for all of us to take one step towards physical strength - whatever that step may be! We want to take care of our bodies and live healthier.

Because of your generosity, we were able to partner with A Place Called Home by donating 500 backpacks to be filled with supplies. We were also able to give 50 backpacks filled with school supplies to Oasis single moms.
We've also been working to get laptops, tablets, and wireless hotspots into the hands of students who need them to succeed as they take on the world of virtual learning.
And, thanks to your continued care for our city, all appointments for our September 4th blood drive with the Red Cross have been filled. As there is always a need in this area, we encourage you to find a different blood drive in your area!
